Menopause Weight Gain
Did you know that menopause weight gain is normal for many women? It should be high in fiber, low in saturated fat, as well as rich in vitamins and nutrients that come from fruits and vegetables. Incorporate whole grains into your diet, too. In addition to doing this, make sure that you push yourself to exercise more. You should also try to consume about 200 to 400 less calories per day if you begin to see the pounds gaining on you.
When you accomplish this, you are well on your way to providing yourself the tools that you need to lose weight. Menopause weight gain doesn’t have to happen but it is likely to happen if you don’t supply yourself with the right tools to keep it off, too.
